We will focus on developing key athletic qualities essential for soccer performance. Players will work through dynamic warm-ups, speed mechanics, acceleration drills, and multi-directional agility exercises to improve quickness and reaction time. Strength components emphasized core stability, lower-body power, and injury-prevention movements. Conditioning intervals replicated game-like demands, helping athletes build endurance while maintaining technical quality. The class aimed to enhance overall athleticism, improve on-field explosiveness, and prepare players for the physical demands of competitive play.
