Youth Fitness Class (Ages 8–14)
Get moving, get strong, and have fun! Our Youth Fitness Class is designed to help kids build a healthy foundation through movement, strength, and coordination. With age-appropriate exercises, games, and challenges, this high-energy class promotes physical fitness in a safe and supportive environment. Whether your child is new to fitness or already active, they’ll improve endurance, flexibility, balance, and confidence—all while having a blast with new friends. Led by certified instructors who know how to keep kids motivated and engaged!
